Chelesic Biodegradable Pin, Bearing and Journal Oil is custom blended to exacting standards so it will perform consistently day after day in 100% loss lubrication service. It is a premium lubricant with exceptionally low environmental impact and the following benefits:

• It feeds well from drip lubricators and wicking cups. It spreads quickly and wets the bearing and journal surfaces effectively.
• It establishes a high strength film that is very oily and promotes excellent boundary lubrication and shock absorption.
• It fortifies the film with a hydrophobic characteristic that resists water and steam washing the lubricant from the bearing.
• It adheres to the bearing and resists dripping and slinging. It provides outstanding lubrication performance at extremely low feed rates - a little bit goes a long way.
• It washes accumulated grit from the bearing surfaces instead of suspending it in the lubricant.
• It creates a tenacious film that will remain weeks after shutdown and help prevent rust formation on bearings.
• When lost to the environment it is non-toxic, does not impair normal bacterial action and degrades in compliance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency approved criteria for readily biodegradable lubricants.
